I totatly agree what Murrow is saying. Our t.v. makes a mochery of what how t.v. once was. T.v. can be used for all sorts of things. We can learn about amercia today and how it use to be. It keeps us in tuned with the world and sometimes outside of it. I think there should be more programs for chirldren on t.v.

    The chirldren of today are becoming brain dead from whats on t.v. today. Now a days t.v. is really just for entertainment and that only according to some people. You will barelly find a teenager much less a child that watches educational programs or the news. Alot of amercians have no clue about whats going on in america today which is very dissapointing. We are the new generation and we need to keep the generations going and in order to do that we should in our country  we should be always updated on the world.

     I believe Murrow would be displeased with the t.v. today. He would think of it as junk. He would say is a waste of time now. He would be dissapointed on how t.v. made chilrdren so careless about things. I think he would probably be ashamed of his country and how its corrrupting itself.

     I think the internet today is just a box of wires. Barely anyone i know could be truthful and say i use the computer for other things than entertainment. Yeah you can do work on there but the internet can make a kid so lazy , now they actcuallly have websites where they can do your homework for you.
